Hotspot Data lets you use your phone as a wireless access point. All new Cricket devices are enabled for the Hotspot Data feature.
Cricket Unlimited plans that include Hotspot Data:
- Supreme Unlimited Plan ($60/mo.), which includes 50GB Hotspot Data
- Smart Unlimited Plan ($50/mo.mo.), which includes 15GB Hotspot Data
- Select Unlimited Plan ($40/mo.), hotspot data is available as an add-on (10GB for $10)
- Customers on an eligible legacy plan (listed directly below) can take advantage of the hotspot add-on:
- $50/5GB
- $50/8GB
- $60/12GB
- $60 Advanced
Eligible Phones
All new smartphones purchased at Cricket are enabled for the Hotspot Data feature. You can upgrade to a new device at shop new phones.
If you brought you own device to Cricket and are on a plan that supports Hotspot Data, you can check to see if you device is eligible for Hotspot Data by followng these steps:
- iPhone: Go to Settings > Cellular > Personal Hotspot. If you see this option, your phone supports Hotspot Data.
- Android: Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Hotspot & tethering (or similar). If you see options like “Wi-Fi hotspot,” your phone supports Hotspot Data.
