Cricket Wireless Payment Terms and Conditions

I authorize Cricket Wireless to charge any payments to my selected payment method on the payment date(s) indicated above. If Cricket Wireless is unable to secure funds from my payment method or my bank for any reason, including, but not limited to, insufficient funds or insufficient or inaccurate information provided by me when submitting my electronic payment, Cricket Wireless may undertake further collection action, including application of fees to the extent permitted by law. If my Cricket Wireless account balance is less than the amount of my scheduled payment on the day of payment, the scheduled payment will be reduced to match the amount of the Cricket Wireless account balance. A late fee may be applied to my Cricket Wireless account, if I schedule a payment to occur after my due date. Payment cancellation or unsuccessful payment may cause an interruption of my service and additional reactivation fees. You may save and/or print your payment confirmation or download, print, or save your monthly statements.
