Wi-Fi Calling-Capable Phones

To enjoy Wi-Fi Calling, you'll need a Cricket Wi-Fi Calling-capable smartphone and an active Wi-Fi network.

Steps to set up Wi-Fi Calling on iPhones

1. Begin on your phone's home screen and tap to open Settings
2. Scroll down and tap Apps
3. Scroll down and tap Phone
4. Tap Wi-Fi Calling, then tap to toggle On
5. Tap Enable
6. Tap Continue
7. Read the Wi-Fi Calling Important Information and tap I agree
8. Enter and Verify your emergency 911 address
9. Tap OK when done
10. Confirm your toggle is set to On for Wi-Fi Calling
11. Your iPhone is now set up for Wi-Fi Calling

Steps to set up Wi-Fi Calling on Android phones

1. Open your phone Settings and tap Connections
2. Tap Wi-Fi Calling
3. Read the Wi-Fi Calling Important Information and tap I agree
4. Enter your emergency 911 address and Verify address
5. A Setup complete screen will appear. Tap Done
6. Your phone is now set up for Wi-Fi Calling
