How to View Your Account Balance

You can find your current account balance and payment due date at any time online or using myCricket app. Here's how:

Online

  • Click Sign In on the top right side of the Cricket Wireless home page and select Sign In
  • Sign in on the next page
  • Click  “pay now” under Make a Payment
  • Here, you will be able to see your current amount due, due date and ways to make a payment
  • You can also sign up for Auto Pay to help you save $5/mo. on qualifying plans.

myCricket App

  • Open the myCricket app and sign in.
  • The homescreen displays the payment amount and amount due.
  • Click on "Make a Payment."

To use a Cricket Refill, or Service Payment card, you’ll need to visit Quick Pay.
