Unlimited Cell Phone Plans FAQ

With Cricket's Unlimited Plans, you’ll get just what you need – unlimited talk and text, data access, no annual contracts, multiline discounts, a variety of add-on features and much more. 

We like our network big and our prices small! 
 

  • Supreme Unlimited: Includes 50 GB Mobile Hotspot data per line per month; then Mobile Hotspot speeds slowed to 125 Kbps for the rest of the bill cycle. Mobile Hotspot req’s compatible device. Includes 150 GB Cloud Storage and HBO Max Basic w/Ads. Includes calling and texting to Mexico and Canada as well as roaming in Mexico and Canada (restrictions apply). Includes international texting to 200+ countries. Can add smart watch plan, tablet plan, or international calling (additional fees apply).  
  • Smart Unlimited: Includes 15 GB Mobile Hotspot data per line per month; then Mobile Hotspot speeds slowed to 125 Kbps for the rest of the bill cycle. Mobile Hotspot req’s compatible device. Includes 100 GB Cloud Storage. Includes calling and texting to Mexico and Canada as well as roaming in Mexico and Canada (restrictions apply). Includes international texting to 200+ countries. Can add smart watch plan, tablet plan, or international calling (additional fees apply).
  • Select Unlimited: Hotspot Data available as an add-on (10 GB for $10). Includes calling and texting to Mexico and Canada. Can add smart watch plan, tablet plan, or international calling (additional fees apply). This plan available on new lines only (with port or new number). 

*For the Select Unlimited and Smart Unlimited Plans, Cricket may temporarily slow data speeds if the network is busy.

After your allotted hotspot usage is met, hotspot data speeds are slowed to max of 128 Kbps for the rest of bill cycle. 

Yes! If you sign up for Auto Pay on an individual line account, you'll receive a $5 credit applied to your account a few days before your next payment due date. If you sign up for Auto Pay at checkout, or as a current customer within 7 days of your due date, you'll receive the Auto Pay credit starting with your next month's billing cycle. Please note that the Auto Pay Credit is not available for accounts receiving a Group Save discount. Learn more about how to set up Auto Pay.

Yes, discounts for multiple lines on the Supreme Unlimited ($60/mo.) Plan include:

  • 1 Line - $60/mo. (no discount)

  • 2 Lines - $90/mo. ($30 discount)

  • 3 Lines - $110/mo. ($40 discount)

  • 4 Lines - $130/mo. ($40 discount)

  • 5 Lines $160/mo. ($30 discount)

Discounts are automatically applied after eligible plan changes are made. However, these discounts won't show on your bill until your next billing cycle.

Yes, discounts for multiple lines on the Smart Unlimited ($50/mo.) Plan include:

  • 1 Line - $50/mo. (no discount)

  • 2 Lines - $75/mo. ($25 discount)

  • 3 Lines - $95/mo. ($30 discount)

  • 4 Lines - $110/mo. ($35 discount)

  • 5 Lines $130/mo. ($30 discount)

Discounts are automatically applied after eligible plan changes are made. However, these discounts won't show on your bill until your next billing cycle.

Yes, discounts for multiple lines on the Select Unlimited ($40/mo.) Plan include:

  • 1 Line - $40/mo. (no discount)

  • 2 Lines - $65/mo. ($15 discount)

  • 3 Lines - $90/mo. ($15 discount)

  • 4 Lines - $100/mo. ($30 discount)

  • 5 Lines $120/mo. ($20 discount)

Discounts are automatically applied after eligible plan changes are made. However, these discounts won't show on your bill until your next billing cycle.

Yes, discounts for multiple lines on the Sensible 10GB ($35/mo.) Plan include:

  • 1 Line - $35/mo. (no discount)

  • 2 Lines - $60/mo. ($10 discount)

  • 3 Lines - $90/mo. ($5 discount)

  • 4 Lines - $120/mo. ($5 discount)

  • 5 Lines $150/mo. ($5 discount)

Discounts are automatically applied after eligible plan changes are made. However, these discounts won't show on your bill until your next billing cycle.

Yes, existing customers can schedule plan changes to take effect at the start of their next billing cycle online, on the myCricket app or by visiting a Cricket Wireless retail location. Be sure to change each existing line in the order the lines appear on your Account Summary. Visit Manage Your Account for more information.

Yes, of course. You'll just need to pay the difference. When you change your plan to a more expensive plan, we prorate the charges for the rest of your billing cycle, so you'll only pay for the days you use the service. If you change your plan to a less expensive plan, the change will take effect the next time your rate plan renews.
