- Cricket offers a $5 monthly service credit for customers enrolled in Auto Pay with an eligible rate plan (minimum eligible $35/mo; excludes multi-month and simply data plans).
- Credit is applied to your account a few days before your due date each month.
Eligibility Limitations:
- Accounts that receive a multi-line Group Save discount or select promotional offers are not eligible for the Auto Pay credit.
- Rate plans less than $40/mo. are not eligible for the Auto Pay credit.
You must enroll in Auto Pay in order to receive the credit. As long as you keep Auto Pay turned on, you'll get the credit every month. It's that simple!
